Will Lance is an accomplished real estate investor and top-performing agent specializing in vineyard, winery, ranch, and luxury estate sales throughout Napa and Sonoma Counties. He has expert knowledge of vineyard, winery, and luxury estate values across both counties, providing his clients with informed valuation guidance based on extensive market experience and regional insight.

Will hit the ground running at the outset of his career and was named the North Bay Association of Realtors’ “Rookie of the Year” in 2013. He also received the organization’s “Chapter Spirit Award” in 2014. In 2017, Will joined W Real Estate, where he works alongside a team of Wine Country real estate professionals with decades of industry experience.

Since 2023, Will has closed over $75 million in real estate sales and represented more than $100 million in vineyard, winery, ranch, and luxury estate listings encompassing over 3,000 acres. He has continued to grow his business and achieve success because he genuinely loves what he does—marketing exceptional Wine Country properties and identifying unique opportunities for discerning buyers. Will’s strong work ethic, integrity, extensive regional knowledge, valuation expertise, and negotiating experience make him an invaluable asset to his clients.

Before beginning his real estate career, Will attended San Diego State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. He later worked for Topel Winery before obtaining his real estate license. Will resides in Healdsburg with his wife, Laura, and their children, Drew and Isla.
