Will Lance is a leading real estate agent and investor specializing in vineyards, wineries, and luxury estates across Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. From the very start of his career, Will made a strong impression—earning Rookie of the Year honors from the North Bay Association of Realtors in 2013, followed by the Chapter Spirit Award in 2014.

In 2017, Will joined forces with W Real Estate, collaborating with a seasoned team of Wine Country professionals. Since then, he has consistently delivered standout results. In 2024 alone, Will listed over $100 million in properties spanning more than 2,000 acres and closed over $40 million in transactions.

Will’s success stems from his deep passion for the wine business—whether he’s crafting standout marketing for remarkable estates or tracking down rare and special properties for his clients. Known for his integrity, local expertise, strong work ethic, and sharp negotiating skills, Will is a trusted advisor through every step of the buying and selling process.

Before entering real estate, Will earned a degree in Communication from San Diego State University and worked at Topel Winery prior to obtaining his real estate license, where he gained valuable experience in the industry. Will resides in Healdsurg with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Drew and Isla.
